DUKE ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
For this project, Duke's Alumni Engagement and Development team requested a complete refresh of their website and brand so that they could better tell the story of the role of philanthropy at Duke. Work included:

UVA CURRY SCHOOL OF EDUCATION
The Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia trains future educators to develop innovative learning solutions, conduct critical research, and advance education. For this project we were asked to redesign their Foundations giving campaign to harness the excitement around the schools ranking as the #18 Education school in the nation encourage students and alumni to give back. DUKE LAW SCHOOL
As one of the top law schools in the US, Duke Law School, needed branding that reflected extensive history, prestige, and its place among the larger Duke ecosystem. This extensive initiative focused on creating a streamlined online experience along with tools and guidelines to make make it simple and intuitive for Duke Law's internal teams to create content and adjust the layout as needed. Work included:

An extensive discovery document built through interviews, surveys, workshops, a content audit & competitive audit

A complete website redesign including a modular framework, reworked site architecture, UX and UI that included over 7,500 pages
-
Custom wire-framed, wrote content for and designed 100 pages from scratch
-
Wire-framed and edited content for 250 pages using Drupal modules
-
Wrote brand guidelines, style guide and refreshed brand voice
-
Created documentation for future site development by the internal Duke team

TOUCHCARE
TouchCare, a growing telemedicine platform in the virtual health market that emerged before the advent of widespread tele-health services that accompanied the COVID-19 pandemic, wanted an updated brand and communication tactics to help them maintain momentum. THE INTERNET OF WATER
The Internet of Water Project was designed to simplify and assist the opening, sharing, and integration of water data between data producers, hubs, and users. They needed branding and a website to house their project as well as standardize practices, coordinate efforts, and provide technical and non-technical support. Work for this project included:

STERIZONE
The STERIZONE VP4 Sterilizer by TSO3 was the only device on the market cleared to sterilize flexible endoscopes, however, TSO3 was struggling with both awareness and market penetration. To help TSO3 overcome these problems and take advantage of this opportunity we completely refreshed STERIZONE'S visual voice, created a wide variety of marketing materials and a completely updated website. For more than 28 years Pappas Capital has been investing in and building innovative companies that are developing the next generation of life science products and technologies to treat a wide range of conditions and diseases. In the past Pappas Capital had always relied on its sub-brand, Pappas Ventures, for outward marketing communications, but after a brand reorganization they came to us for a new website that accurately represented the Pappas Capital parent brand, its three sub-brands, and overall the brand hierarchy. Zig-Zag was searching for a way to combat counterfeit products, an issue that was increasingly becoming a problem and damaging the brand's iconic image while costing it profits and customers. When they came to us to address this problem we responded with a campaign to create widespread awareness of the issue without scaring customers or alienating retailers. STOKER'S
Stoker’s smokeless tobacco was a challenger brand (<10% category share) that needed become more relevant to 21-25-year old male consumers. In the past the brand had a very limited social media presence and faced many challenges of operating under FDA regulations, which significantly limited messaging. They asked us to evaluate the social media landscape, understand the target consumer group, and develop an in-depth understanding of the brand and it's positioning. We developed a social media strategy and a wide array of content to grow the brand's relevance and social media audience. Work for this project work included:

At Bankrate.com I have worked across a large variety of Financial Services verticals including Mortgages, Banking, Credit Cards, and Insurance. In 2021, I took over leading content marketing strategy, design and content creation for the Loans, Personal Loans & Home Equity verticals. In 2022, I took over the Wealth and Investing vertical, my current vertical. As lead content marketer on each vertical I have been responsible for:
